libdatetime-timezone-perl software package provides framework exposing the Olson time zone database to Perl, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdatetime-timezone-perl
libdatetime-timezone-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdatetime-timezone-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdatetime-timezone-perl *
You will get with libdatetime-timezone-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
